The Work is a powerful yet simple process: four questions and a turnaround. It is a way to identify stressful thoughts and a way to question beliefs, judgments, concepts and expectations that create pain and suffering.
“I made a mistake.” “She should love me.” “Life is hard.”
It is a tool for inquiry, for taking your own mind back, when you answer the questions. It is a meditation. Through your answers, with an open mind and the turnarounds, The Work comes alive in you.
You will learn to live without fear and guilt, reduce anger and reactivity, improve relationships and communication, experience mental clarity, peace and freedom.
You will find out what’s true for you by asking yourself and listening to your answers. They arise from the joining of your mind and heart; it is a meditation. To me “loving what is” means to be with whatever I feel or avoid to feel or see in me and others, including the resistance, and welcome my hatred, envy, judgments and anger, ALL of it. To see if spiritual beliefs are used to bypass what is. The Work is a way to discover peace, love, joy and freedom right where I am. Through my answers spontaneous change, transformation and action can happen.
Natural Recovery From Suffering (NRFS) is a somatic-based inquiry process that targets the root of suffering. The unconscious emotional repression, identifications, and trauma can be made conscious and brought into present awareness.
Kiloby Inquiries (KI) Inside Out Path uses laser-sharp inquiry tools that unearth the repression mechanisms, making the unconscious conscious to then access repressed emotions and energies in the body, such as hurt, sadness, fear, anger, love, sexuality, joy power, shame.
Our coping strategies to stay safe and do everything for love, appreciation, and approval hide that the body still carries repressed energies and emotions. The survival programming is so strong that we resist and are afraid to feel and express vulnerable emotions or rage, anger, and power.
Spirituality and meditation aim to be peaceful, calm, and mindful and often avoid or bypass human suffering and challenging emotions.
By trusting our experiences and aligning mind and body we have the freedom to reverse our repression mechanisms and open up to feeling and expressing repressed emotions and our true self.
It can be regulating for the nervous system to dismantle the survival programming and meet the repressed energies/emotions in the body fully. The somatic inquiry tools of KI are powerful in dismantling the core drivers of suffering to come out of repression and embody an authentic self.
EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR YOU, NOT TO YOU.
